At Inaaya's Closet by Preeti, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We request that you carefully review the product description, size chart, and images before placing your order.

No Return, No Refund & No Exchange Policy

All products sold on Inaaya's Closet by Preeti are covered under a No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange Policy.

Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Color preference

  • Personal dislike

  • Ordering the wrong product

We encourage customers to verify all product details before completing their purchase.

Exceptions

A replacement or appropriate resolution may be provided only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • You receive a product that is damaged during transit.

  • You receive an incorrect item.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To report any of the above issues:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photographs and an unboxing video of the product and packaging.

  • Claims made after 24 hours or without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.

After verification, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or any other suitable remedy at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

If an order is cancelled before shipment, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
