Return & Exchange Policy

At Inaaya's Closet by Preeti, we strive to provide premium quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
Items that are damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.

Exchange

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

Wrong size received
Defective product
Damaged product
Wrong item delivered

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or incorrect)
Customized or altered products
Gift cards (if applicable)

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned product:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), return shipping will be borne by us.
For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund or borne by the customer.
