We do not store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers.

7. Return, Refund & Exchange

All purchases made from Inaaya's Closet by Preeti are subject to our No Return, No Refund & No Exchange Policy.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in cases where:

• The customer receives a damaged product.
• The customer receives a defective product.
• The customer receives an incorrect item.

Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and an unboxing video for verification.
